Siman 351 — Reaching one's hand to a spout in reshus harabim to drink

The shitah of the Alter Rebbe in the 2 seifim that codify the case of drinking from a spout or fountain in reshus harabim on Shabbos. The distinction depends on whether the water passes through reshus hayachid or not.
