Siman 361 — A Roof Adjacent to a Reshus HaRabim

The shitah of the Alter Rebbe on the 6 se'ifim codifying the status of a roof adjacent to a reshus ha'rabim — less than 10 tefachim above the public domain may be treated as reshus ha'rabim; above 10 tefachim it is a reshus ha'yachid.
