Siman 321 — Tolesh, Tochen, Me'abed, Lash on Shabbos

The Alter Rebbe's shitah on the 16 se'ifim that codify several avos melachos from the Mishkan: תולש (picking), טוחן (grinding), מעבד (tanning/processing), and לש (kneading). Application to the Shabbos meal — peeling, mashing, and preparing foods.
