When One of the Residents of a Courtyard Leaves It or Dies

6 seifim in the Shulchan Aruch of the Mechaber, with no gloss introduced by הגה; 6 also in the Shulchan Aruch HaRav, under its own numbering. Does the house of a resident of the courtyard still forbid carrying to the others when he has left, died or is dying? The siman answers, among other things, according to the intention of the one who leaves, whether he is a Jew or not, whether the death occurred by day or after nightfall, and who inherits the house.
