Today the custom is to say them in the synagogue (בה״כ) and answer אמן. One must say at least a hundred blessings a day (מאה ברכות). The Rama reports that some hold one says them all, for the Holy One created the needs of the world, and such is the מנהג (וכן המנהג ואין לשנות).
