And it contains two seifim (ב׳ סעיפים): if people have prayed each by himself, individually (ביחיד), and heard neither קדיש nor קדושה, one of them stands and says קדיש, ברכו and the first berakha יוצר אור — and no more (ולא יותר) ; this is called פורס על שמע (לשון פרוסה, « a slice »), since we say only part of it. After completing יוצר אור, he says אבות, גבורות, קדושה and אתה קדוש : this is called עובר לפני התיבה. These things are not done with fewer than ten (עשרה), for they are דברים שבקדושה, and one must seek six who did not hear (רוב העשרה).
