Siman 284 — The Haftarah and its brachos

The Alter Rebbe's shitah on the 14 se'ifim that codify the Shabbos Haftarah: minimum of 21 pesukim, brachos before and after, reading by the maftir, translation (per minhag), and the application to special Shabbosos.
