When the Doorway or Window of the Eruv Is Closed Up on Shabbos, and Breaches between Courtyards and between Roofs

4 seifim in the Shulchan Aruch of the Mechaber, without a gloss introduced by הגה; 4 also in the Shulchan Aruch HaRav, of the same rank. When the opening through which two courtyards made an eruv is closed up, or a breach opens between two courtyards or between two roofs, does the permission to carry remain? The siman answers, among other things, according to the time — on Shabbos or before —, according to the domain onto which the breach opens, and according to the width of the breach and what remains of the walls.
