Orach Chaim · Hilchos Eruvin

Courtyards Open to One Another

5 seifim in the Shulchan Aruch of the Mechaber, with a gloss of the Rema introduced by הגה, in seif ד; 5 also in the Shulchan Aruch HaRav, divided the same way, under its own numbering. When several courtyards open onto one another, does one forbid carrying to the other? The siman answers, among other things, according to the place where the eruv was deposited, the inner courtyard's passage through the outer one, and the number of those living in each courtyard.
