Why a Level 4 dedicated to the Alter Rebbe? The Shulchan Aruch HaRav is not a commentary on the Mechaber (מחבר) — it is an autonomous and complete Shulchan Aruch, written by the Alter Rebbe. Its uniqueness: it combines halachah (הלכה) + טעמי המצוות + inner dimension in a single work, and it rules with a unique Talmudic rigor.

The six blasts (tekiyos) blown on erev Shabbos — 1 seif:

When Yisrael dwelt in their land, the Sages instituted blowing six blasts (tekiyos) on an elevated place to separate the people from work (melachah). Nowadays it is customary in holy communities that approximately half an hour or an hour before Shabbos, the shaliach tzibbur announces that one must prepare for Shabbos, since one must add from the mundane to the holy (tosefes Shabbos), as will be explained in siman רס״א. It is fitting to act this way everywhere (where they delay the Maariv prayer).

In any case, one must send a person to halt the craftsmen (baalei melachos) from their work from minchah and onwards — namely, two and a half hours before nightfall — in the manner explained in siman רנ״א.

And also prakmatia (commerce), although permitted after minchah as explained there, it is fitting nevertheless to send a person to close the shops about an hour before nightfall. For many times a great pitfall (michshol) issues from them: sometimes a notable (sar) comes and the give-and-take drags on until literally nightfall, and the responsibility (kolar) hangs on the necks of the heads of the people, as the Sages expounded from "Va-asimem be-rasheichem" ("I placed them at your heads").

One must also warn the majority of the people that they have permission, so long as "Barchu" has not been said, to do everything they need for Shabbos even though it is literally night. Therefore one should advance the saying of "Barchu," and one should not wait for a great person (adam gadol) who has not yet come to the shul, for it is a merit to him that Shabbos not be desecrated on his account — and "the wise man has his eyes in his head" (Koheles 2:14).

The chiddush of the Rav: the Alter Rebbe articulates the communal pedagogy: the 6 blasts create a collective rhythm of entering Shabbos. Each blast marks a transition (field → city → home → kitchen → table → silence). It is a tool of collective shifting.

Practical consequence: modern application: create one's own personal rhythm of shifting (5-6 alarms or reminders) that pace the preparation and entry into Shabbos.
